Whether you are starting from scratch or are planning a special appeal, I can work with you to develop your strategy from feasibility and setting goals, to creating your case for support, building the plan, developing teams, working with your board, and ensuring compliance.
Interim Cover
If you find yourself temporarily without a leader of your fundraising department, I can support your current fundraising as interim leader of the team so that you can sustain donor relationships, your board and fundraisers are guided and supported; and plans and income streams can be protected.
Coaching
Organisation leaders and young professionals alike face many pressures and challenges. I believe there is a real need to support our dedicated fundraisers and one effective way is through coaching and mentoring, which in turn supports our vital charitable organisations and their beneficiaries.
